For eight days straight the Zuiderpark and the City of The Hague will be the center point of the Invictus Games. From 9 to 16 May, competitors and spectators from all over the world are welcomed in the International City of Peace and Justice.
Zuiderpark (Invictus Games Park)
The Zuiderpark is up to 105 acres and enjoy great fame in The Hague and beyond. Footballclub ADO Den Haag played there until 2007. After major renovation, the park is now very suitable for many outdoor and indoor sports. Beating heart is the new eye-catching Sports Campus, in addition the park includes a swimming pool, running track, fitness center, roller skate court, skate park, basketball court, cricket pitch, beach court and a number of football pitches. In the park, there is plenty opportunity for jogging and cycling.
The Zuiderpark has multiple entrance points: Vreeswijkstraat, Loevesteinlaan, Melis Stokelaan and the Veluweplein. The park is best to be reached by public transport. Check out www.htm.nl for more information.
By the car, Zuiderpark is accessible via the Melis Stokelaan and Soestdijksekade. There are 3 parking places with limited space, which can be found at the entrances to the Veluweplein and Melis Stokelaan.

The Sports Campus
The Sports Campus is much more than a sports arena. Every day more than 1200 students follow their sports training/education. And also for The Hague amateur athletes and the local residents, there is plenty of space and activities. The Sports Campus contains eleven sports halls, fitness rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, offices, hotels, restaurants, offices and a physiotherapy practice. There is a lot of room for research and innovation. The Sports Campus invites all to start moving. The complex has already shown its worth in recent years for various sports events, and will also host several trainings and competition during the Invictus Games.
