The Jaguar Land Rover Driving Challenge, is a test of skill and precision and is designed to test driving skills, navigational ability, observation and teamwork using Land Rover vehicles.
The Driving Challenge which will take place on Saturday 9th May, will decide the first medals of the Invictus Games The Hague 2020 and promises to be an exciting event.
The course will consist of a sequence of ‘obstacles’ distributed across a designated area in Zuiderpark. Each team must drive from the start location and correctly negotiate each obstacle in the prescribed order before returning to the finish location.
Performance will be measured on how accurately the vehicle is driven across each obstacle, using a points based scoring system.
As the Driving Challenge will take place on a bespoke course in Zuiderpark, competitors will have vehicle familiarisation and the relevant training with experts on the same day as the Driving Challenge.
Further details about the Driving Challenge will be shared in March 2020.
