The ‘Johan Willem Friso’ Royal Military Band (JWFRM) is part of the Army and we carry on the traditions of the oldest military orchestras in the Netherlands. The role of the JWFRM is varied because not every event is a parade like, say, the Dutch Prinsjesdag. Therefore, we have talented professional musicians who can perform in any musical combination from a small jazz combo to a full symphonic wind orchestra.
